Jawor

We successfully developed the Hotel Zajazd Jawor website, a landmark hotel in Pruszcz Gdański, near Gdańsk, Poland. The owners, with over 50 years in the business, sought to establish their online presence for the first time. Our role involved crafting the website from scratch, employing a user-centric approach through empathy mapping, user personas and user journeys. Conducting a competitive audit and summarizing research findings guided the project. We applied design principles, created a user flow and seamlessly transitioned for development. Rigorous usability testing refined the website based on user feedback. The result is a fully responsive webpage catering to desktop, tablet, horizontal mobile, and portrait mobile views. The Hotel Zajazd Jawor website now stands as a testament to the establishment's rich history and provides a user-friendly platform for potential customers to explore their offerings.
